! ! LOTTERY CREDIT ! ! If this tax residence is your primary residence and you have resided there
since January 1, 2008 (or before) and there is NOT a lottery credit deduction on your tax bill, be sure to
call the Town Office at 755-3060 a.s.a.p. to get forms so you can receive this credit. DO NOT WAIT
UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO APPLY FOR THIS LOTTERY CREDIT.

THREE CONVENIENT WAYS TO PAY YOUR TAXES
BY U.S. MAIL: For income tax purposes, any end-of-month tax payments received after 12/31 but “postmarked” by December 31, 2008 will be receipted “December 31, 2008”.
24 HOUR DROP OFF: There is a mail drop slot located inside the entry foyer at the Town Hall – 516
East Ave. N. - Dresser. The foyer is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each morning, when the office
opens, any tax payments found in the drop slot will be receipted for the previous working day.
IN PERSON: You may pay your taxes and receive your receipt at the Town Hall, during the regular
office hours of 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
TAX PAYMENT RECEIPTS WILL ONLY BE RETURN MAILED IF YOU INCLUDE A SELF
ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE WITH YOUR PAYMENT.
